I'm not fit. Can I still start?
Absolutely! Taekwondo will get you fit. We work with students of all fitness levels and you can train at your own pace while gradually building stamina and strength.
I've never done martial arts. Will I fit in?
Yes! Most of our adult students are complete beginners. We have a friendly, supportive environment where everyone helps each other improve.
Is there sparring? Do I have to spar?
Sparring is part of Taekwondo, but it's completely optional. When you're ready, we teach it gradually with full protective equipment and careful supervision.
What if I'm older or have injuries?
We adapt training to accommodate different ages and physical limitations. Let us know about any concerns and we'll work with you to train safely and effectively.
How often should I train?
We recommend 2-3 times per week for best results, but you can train at whatever frequency suits your schedule. Even once a week will bring benefits.
