What equipment do I need?
Beyond the standard dobok, elite athletes need full sparring gear: headguard, body protector, forearm guards, shin guards, groin guard, gum shield, and electronic scoring socks. We can advise on quality equipment.

Absolutely! We welcome competitive adults of all ages who meet the technical and commitment requirements and want to compete.
